Being dumped by an ex boyfriend or girlfriend is a painful experience and when you are still in love with your ex, you get into depression. In order to sooth your broken heart you start to look for ways to win your ex back. With a broken heart you generally are confused and don’t know how to proceed in your quest to get back into the folds of your beloved. Unable to decide what to do you start making phone calls after phone calls – all this results in irritating your ex more and more.
This is a time when you should not do anything that will make you seem desperate and longing for company of your ex. This is a time when you should compose yourself and take a grip of you life. After your ex dumps you, you go into depression and start to neglect yourself. Depression sometimes leads to eating disorders. To compensate for the loss you start indulging in eating food that is not good for your health. You suddenly start gaining weight and this leads to pitying yourself more. If you can come out of this situation then you will be able to look forward to a bright future.
You should make efforts to gather your scattered life. Concentrate on doing things that will make you come out of this desperate situation. The first thing that happens when your ex dumps you is you begin to feel lonely and separated from your environment. You now have to come out of the cocoon of self pity and get on with your life. Try not to be alone too much, instead call your friends, get out in the open, and have fun. Thinking of doing this may at first seem unnatural and repulsive, but when you force yourself to get on with it you will experience a difference that will strengthen your resolve to get back your ex.
Start with taking care of your body first. A healthy body has a healthy mind. Take up some physical exercise. You can join a gym and start an exercise routine. If gym is not your forte, start going for morning walk everyday. With the fresh air and blood pumping you will be able to leave your depression behind. With a healthy body and mind you will have clarity of thought and soon will be able to chalk out a way to win back your ex.
